Fredros Gård is situated within the Mangen-Treen fishing area
in western Värmland.
We sport fish on natural fish population, mainly pike, perch and
trout, in some 50 lakes where the three biggest are Mangen, Treen
and Trehörningen.
These lakes are known to house a large population of pike and
perch.
As a fishing guest you have over 1750-hectare fishing waters at
your disposal. Since the waters are in a sparsely-populated area
of Värmland, and that we only hire out a few cabins, you practically have all the fish to yourself.
In order to guarantee high-quality fishing as well as to work for
an ecologically lasting nature, we run Catch and Release-fishing.
That means that you must not bring up more fish than you can eat
during your stay.
